There is an increasing requirement for validation of designs for the main contractors who are involved in the construction of the projects. The driver is that the contractors who will share ownership of the design with the original designer, have an added mitigation circumstance in the event of a major mishap due to a design error that could result in exposure to litigation.

In addition, and as a result of the above checking, DMasters would provide the Contractors with recommendations on possible cost saving based on alternate designs.
