DMasters offers this service to the main contractors working on projects to provide management level assistance to the project team who could be facing difficulties in executing the project due to several fundamental disagreements with the client and the consultant.

The typical phases of our services when we get involved with a project which is already in progress would be as follows:

Evaluation & Planning
We identify the matters which require resolution in order for the project to be able to proceed in an efficient and productive matter. We prepare a report for each outlining the subject identified, the history of the evolution of the subject with a point-by-point analysis, a contractual
assessment and a strategic plan for the way forward in order to be presented to the contractor’s management, discussed and agreed upon.

Action
For each of the subjects identified, we draft letters on behalf of the contractor and the contractor’s staff are briefed on the approach to be followed in dealings with the project’s parties. Further letters are prepared and strategy adjusted and updated on the basis of feedback obtained
from the contractor and of client’s and consultant’s responses.

Project Follow-up
In parallel with, and beyond resolution of the subjects identified and addressed by the phases above, we continue in providing management support and consultation services to the contractor in the day-to-day dealings on the project. These efforts serve to defuse potential issues before
they develop into major hindrances, as well as claim management for issues that could not be resolved, in a manner that secures reservation of the contractor’s rights and procedural compliance to reach eventual settlement independently of and without otherwise impacting the progress of the project .

This happens through effective harmonization of the activities of all parties involved using our established systems, tools, procedures, and processes to ensure the success of the overall project.
