As the Client’s single point of contact and Project Manager, we integrate the activities of the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) functions to meet Client expectations and to deliver high-quality projects on time and budget. This happens through effective harmonization of the activities of all parties involved using our established systems, tools, procedures, and processes to ensure the success of the overall project.

Our comprehensive offering includes management of all phases from concept through completion including providing guidelines for the establishment and/or monitoring the following:
Establishment of Client’s Objectives, Project’s Constraints, Project Management Plan including Project Programme, Project Budget and Project Structure.

Managing the appointment of all parties involved with enabling, design and construction works including:

  • Shortlisting the contractors
  • Request technical & commercial proposals
  • Evaluation & Selection of most suitable bid
  • Appointment of consultants and contractor

Management of all design and construction activities including mainly:

Design

  • Ensure that the design meets client requirements as well as the requirements of procurement, construction and project programmes.
  • Secure Client approval to design proposals.
  • Enable the Client to make value decisions relating to design choices.
  • Secure comprehensive documentation enabling effective procurement.
  • Achieve a well co-ordinated buildable design, within cost and time allocated.

Construction

  • Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the main and the subcontractors.
  • Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, HSE Plan and QA/QC Plan.
  • Provide leadership and direction to all project operations.
  • Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to ensure conformance with schedule, contract documents project budgets.
  • Schedule, attend, and participate in all projects construction meetings.
  • Monitor and maintain cost, productivities and budget controls.
  • Exercise strict control over expenditures and initiate actions needed for that.
  • Assure compliance with contractual requirements and with the scope of work.
  • Maintain change orders management log.
  • Resolve any contractual legal /matters or complications.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with main contractor, partners and local authorities aimed at safeguarding and promoting owner’s
  • nterests.
  • Ensure that all punch list items are resolved, main contractor hand over is satisfactorily  conducted and that there is no prolongation of project.
