The detailing service does not include any design or design verification works but merely concentrates on the detailing and coordination part. However, the knowledge and experience of our teams allows them to notice any contradiction or ambiguity in the design and report about it to our Clients.

This is even more controlled by the Building Information Modeling we prepare which is a digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of the facility. The BIM concept envisages virtual construction of the facility prior to its actual physical construction based on the produced shop drawings, in order to avoid clashes between the services, reduce uncertainty, improve safety, work out problems, and simulate and analyze potential impacts.
